Updates/Reminders:
Book log- well the copier went haywire while I went to make the weekly home book logs- so they will be in their folders tomorrow; sorry about that.
Book Fair- your little one wrote a list with the title and prices- please decipher the prices : ) they did a great job writing it all down. Send in that amount, but a little extra to cover the tax.
Book Fair will run all week- you can send money each day or buy by when you attend Curriculum Night.
Red Homework Folders- and Sight Word Journal were sent back home tonight with no homework packets and sight words.
Sight word journals! Sight words were tested today- scores were marked- along with two extra bonus words to make it 20/20. If there is a mark by the word they got it correct- if there is no mark- please review those words with your child.
Please remember to complete 3 assignments from the menu found in the front of the book.
Students should be scoring no less than 16/20 on their sight words.
Curriculum Night- Thursday, September 26th at 5:30. It will be a night full of information. I would advise to find a babysitter- and have just adults again. It won't be that fun for the kiddos : )
I will have question cards for you all to fill out- I will be talking a lot and will want to get through so brainstorm questions you have and write them; I will do my best to cover it all.
